Winner Winner! Water Bottle Wednesday at PS!
Today was Water Bottle Wednesday!
PS8 is promoting bring a water bottle to work on Wednesdays.
Our class was the first to return all their “papers’ that schools send home first week of school...
so we won PS8 Water Bottles and a bottle of Poland Springs Spring Water to start them off!!!
Way to go Class 401!
Intro to STEM
Students had one sheet of construction paper, two pairs of scissors, and a glue stick.
They had 30 minutes to create the longest chain that would hold up when fully extended.
The kids had to think, create, test, fix, and recreate in hopes of having the longest and sturdiest using the same materials and time constraints. Great fun and some really good problem solving!
