Our focus today was working with Cause and Effect in terms of literature. We finished reading our text on Michael Collins and then worked on a Cause and Effect activity and answered some comprehension questions.
We also read chapters 2 and 3 from our new class novel George's Cosmic Treasure Hunt. After reading each chapter we answered comprehension questions to check for understanding.
Homework:
- read for 30-45 minutes to prep for upcoming STAR test
- Describing Characters worksheet to prep for upcoming PBA
