Wednesday was supposed to be a nice easy day as we headed into our long weekend. Supposed to be anyway....
We left the building around 10:10AM. We walked in pretty quiet lines all the way to the A train. We got on the train and again they were pretty good. We walked to the movie theater and again, they were pretty good. They got in the concession line and that was even organized chaos good.
Once they got inside, started eating, and sitting with their friends... it was as if the movie didn't even exist. Many of the students talked and ate and didn't pay attention at all. I was very disappointed. After the movie, they lined up to leave and the back three rows of the movie house were so messy I was embarrassed.
We walked back to the train, back on the train, and back to school with no problems. Please review with your child how they should act when they are at school and on field trips. I would hate to not be able to have any more trips because they don't know how to behave.
